Vestry

The Vestry consists of twelve parishioners, who are responsible for meeting the material needs of the parish, caring for the clergy, and enabling all aspects of Epiphany's ministry.

Four Vestry Members are elected to three-year terms at the Annual Parish Meeting each January. Leaders of the Vestry are the Wardens, who are also elected to alternating two-year terms at the annual meeting.

Each Vestry Member serves in one of four ministry areas:

Area	Epiphany Committees/Organizations
Worship	Music programs, Altar Guild, Acolytes, Children's Worship, Worship Ministers, Liturgy Advisory Teams, Prayer Chain, Intercessory Prayer Group, etc.
Formation	Church School, Youth Committee, J2A, Bible Study, Adult Learning, Bible Study, etc.
Action	Stewardship: Finance, Financial Pledge Program, Fund-Raising, Extraordinary Giving, Planned Giving, Propery, Time & Talent, etc. Service: Service-in, Pastoral Care to Parishioners, Service-out, social ministry off-campus, Nursery School liaison, Property, Coffee Hours, Fellowship, WOE, MOE, YOE, JOE and Youth Committee, etc. Evangalism: Welcome Committee, Greeters, New Member incorporation, etc.
Oversight	Personnel Practices, Communications, Policies and Procedures, Budget, Growth Plan

Within these areas, he or she may act as liaison to a parish organization or committee.

Meetings of the Vestry are on the first Tuesday of each month at 7 pm, except August, in the Auxiliary Room, and members of the parish family are most welcome to attend. The current members of the vestry are:
